My wedding

Tom and Caroline

I got married a week ago today – I can’t believe it’s come and gone already!

Caroline and I got married at Oriel Plas Glyn-y-Weddw down the Lleyn, in a little village called Llanbedrog between Abersoch and Pwllheli.

It was an amazing day. We were very fortunate with the weather, and caught a sunny day in amongst a lot of rain.

The actual ceremony seemed very quick. I think the registrar may have hurried through it slightly because our son Jac was being quite a handful.

He didn’t manage to steal the limelight, however, and Caroline looked stunning. I looked pretty good as well 🙂 (although I look pretty daft in the photo above).

We then went out on to the lawns at the front of the gallery and had our photos taken.

Thanks to Paul Houghoughi and Cory West for taking photos, and my 2nd cousin Sam (who works for Sky Sports) for doing some video.

The whole thing made me realise how important it is to get good wedding photos and a wedding video. The day is over so quickly, you really appreciate being able to look back on it.

If you’re looking for somewhere to get married in North Wales I would recommend Oriel Plas Glyn-y-Weddw. It’s very picturesque, near the beach, and the catering company there were excellent.
